WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN NORFOLK

PAYMENTS
A £100 non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking date. This will be deducted from the overall price of your package. The rest of the payment is due at least 30 days before your wedding day.
I will remind you closer to the time, and if you fail to send the money, will result in me not turning up on your wedding day and you losing your deposit.
The remaining money can be made by either cash or card.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
My higher tiered packages come with a free engagement session. These can last around 30-45 minutes. You will receive all the edited photos to download. If you do not wish to go ahead with the engagement session this will not make your wedding package any cheaper and you will not receive any extras.
This is just to make you feel more comfortable in front of the camera before your big day and for us to hopefully get on that little bit more!
DELIVERY
It can take up to 8 weeks to fully edit, upload your gallery online and to deliver your photos.
SECOND SHOOTER
In my platinum package a second shooter will accompany me on the day. They will take on the role of photographing the groom and groomsmen getting ready as well as candid photos throughout the day. The second shooter will be chosen by myself.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your Wedding, you will lose your deposit. If you want/need to reschedule your date, we can if plenty of time is given. Although if I have another wedding booked on that date, I can help find an associate.
If I am too ill or there is a death in my family and cannot make the day, I will find another photographer for you or I will refund your money.
COPYRIGHT
When receiving your photos, do not in under any circumstances, try edit the photos in any way. Minimal cropping when printing is understandable but adding filters, changing colours etc are not allowed due to copyright. If you want something editing/changing please ask me first.
The editing on your photos will be the same editing style as the photos in my portfolio. If you are not happy with my editing style, please do not book with me.
WORKING HOURS
On full 8- or 12-hour days, I will sit down and have a break/food. If I am not on your meal plan (not a requirement), I will leave to collect some hot food/eat at the bar, depending on venue.
EQUIPMENT
I will always have two cameras and two lenses with me on your day. Both cameras have two memory card holders so I will capture everything twice. This is to prevent a memory card corrupting and losing all your photos. If by chance all my equipment does fail, I will try and find a photographer asap to take over my position and all I can do is offer a full refund and apologise.
Drone photography can only be used in certain weathers. It cannot be raining or too windy. I will only use the drone if I think it is safe to do so.
EXCLUSIVITY
I am not responsible if you hire another photographer for the same day and my photos are obstructed by others being in my way. If myself or my second shooter feel harassed or threatened in any way, I will let who ever hired me know. If it continues, I will ask the client to ask them to leave, if not I’m out.
